File Deeds Electronically!
Deeds can now be filed electronically in Clermont County. The Recorder’s Office has been accepting electronic documents for recording since June 2010. The Auditor’s Office has approved procedures and electronic stamps necessary for deeds and land contracts to now be included. As of August 1, 2010 both offices are set to process electronically submitted documents.
To become an e-filer with the Clermont County Recorder and Auditor, you must open an account with ERxchange by logging on to www.erxchange.com.
Archive Viewer?
Archive Viewer is a program developed to allow easy on-line access to information from the older record books in the Clermont County Recorder’s Office. Archive Viewer will allow you to view indexes from 1953 through 1992 and deed and mortgage images from 1978 through 1992. Records from 1993 to present are available through our web based service provider, Landaccess.
