Our public records search site Landaccess.com will give you access to the records available online. Records unavailable on line can be accessed by visiting our office located at 101 East Main Street in Batavia, Ohio. The professional, dedicated staff of the Recorder’s Office will be glad to assist you by phone or during your office visit.

Need to do a search and the Recorder’s office is closed, check out our web sites. Go to www.Landaccess.com to search records from January 1, 1993 to the present. Normally the site is just 24 hours or less behind the indexing in our office.

Do you need to research deeds and mortgages older than that?

Go to http://archiveviewer.uslandrecords.com/oh/clermont/. There you will find the indexes back to 1953 and images of deeds and mortgages back to January 1, 1978. Our office will be glad to help you with your internet searches. Call for help 513.732.7236.
