Records unavailable online can be accessed by visiting our office located at 101 East Main Street in Batavia, Ohio. Effective 1/1/2022, in accordance with O.R.C. Section 317.08, plat recordings will now be filed with all other documents in the “Official Records” series. Plats were previously filed in their own document series known as “Plat Cabinet”. Any plats filed before this date can still be found using their old record series identifiers.
