Records unavailable online can be accessed by visiting our office located at 101 East Main Street in Batavia, Ohio. Effective April 29th, 2022, we will begin collecting $4.00 for each margin reference to any document recorded with the Recorder’s Office. This only applies to documents with the standard fee of $34.00 for the first two pages and $8 for each additional page.
